Can anyone tell me how to change my password here

I keep getting prompted to put in my password whenever I want to do anything, but it tells me I have entered a bad password

When I then request to reset my password, I get an email with a page to enter my email and password

I can write this one and it tells me I am logged in, but there are so many things I can't do, like pms and stuff

I think there’s a glitch on the site. I keep being logged out suddenly, even though it never happened before today. Have to sign in every time I return. Worth reporting to the admins, I reckon.

Maybe not worth changing password until this is fixed.

It won't accept my old password, so I need to change it, but it won't let me change it

I think it’s a bug. In the meantime you can try emptying your cache and logging on by username or e-mail. I had saved both on my phone but wondered if that created a conflict, so now I only have email/password saved. But it didn’t fix the issue anyway...

Hi there, we will get On the case tomorrow, they only work with a skeleton staff at the weekends but will be back In force on Monday morning. I will make a note to send a message to them. It does sound like there is a glitch with the site. I know sometimes they log us out for security reasons but not so many times in a row, it sounds like a different issue. Rfc x

As long as you can get to the main C25K page, this one you are on, that is the main thing, if you want other things like pms like everything else online you will have to experiment around, trial and error.

On one of my older Smartphones I cannot get half the stuff I can get on my new Smartphone or laptop, perhaps you will have to get a new Smartphone.

if I need to get a new smartphone then I will just have to stop using the site, cos a new phone isn't in the budget right now
