Very inspiring read on how running helped her mental health 📖
Flanagan's Run, fiction but a good read
I really enjoyed Running Like A Girl - very funny and rather moving at times with lots of practical advice too. Currently reading Born to Run which is fascinating so far. Also dipping in and out of Outrunning the Demons which is very inspiring!
Christine stovell "running kind". Really interesting and well written about how an ordinary person gets the running bug!
'Ultramarathon Man' by Dean Karnazes 😊😊😊
When does one get the “running bug”?
