Feeling really happy today! Got struck down by pancreatitis due to gallstones a few weeks ago (horrid!) and had to take a few weeks out. This is my longest run ever! Pace still slower than I’d like but was determined to get to an hour and 30 of running so purposely slowed my pace down. Have a great Sunday everyone!

Only just read your post, my goodness, that's a speedy recovery in more than one way! Brilliant 😊 Hope you're feeling ok now, that sounds horrid.
