I might be being a bit dim here but how does NRC decide on what colour to shade my run route?

I get that red means slow through orange yellow to green being faster, but what are the parameters for deciding this? Do they change over time as my fitness improves or are they constant?

Thanks x

I’m pretty sure the route goes off your history with a large weighting to the more recent runs... I lit up a lot more green than I do now, but I’m much more evenly paced than I was. C25K could have made this an issue early on as NRC isn’t set up for run/walk.
