The last couple of months have been very busy. I’ve been at the gym off and on. My running pace and time is still ok, yet not making too much headway with the bridge. I’m mixing training up and back at it now. Decided to do eclectic machine everyday for 10-15mins, row for 500m daily and run every other day. The ecliptic machine and rowing days also include weights. Hope this routine improves my running pace/style. Also, need to try to ensure that no matter how busy life is, exercise is a must daily rather than a nice to do.

Good for you me2019. Sounds like you have a great exercise plan there, and yes you’re right, exercise is so very important! I had an NHS general health check yesterday, and it was almost embarrassing when the nurse had no advice for me as I was doing ‘everything right’. 😇

Welcome back. Sounds like a good plan - both organised and realistic. Hope it works well for you!

Like the bit about priorities: that’s harder to keep to than one might think, so all the best. 👏🏼👍
