Tonight was my first run without any form of technology (apart from my trusty Casio). I decided to leave my phone and headphones 🎧 at home - just fancied giving it a go. The first 10 minutes was really weird- no podcast to zone out to, no idea how far I’d run, but after 10 minutes the weirdness disappeared and it felt good.
My pace felt good as well.
I’m not sure I could run ‘tech free’ all the time. I did miss my football podcast and I have no idea how far I ran but it made a nice change.
