Again, I'm a bit late posting for week 13 as I've now started week 14! And again, I only managed to fit in 2 of the 3 runs for week 13 🏃♀️
Week 13 for me was - run 18min, walk 1 min x3 - I managed to run the same distance for each of the 2 runs, averaging at just under 6mins/km so I'm happy with that! 🏃♀️
I still haven't done any outdoor running, but with this weather☔, can you blame me?!
