BRIDGE UNDERWAY!

So after graduating in April, I was happy just consolidating my 5k runs and trying to get a sub 30 run! Well got my 2nd one recently and have realised that I can now run 5K in my sleep with no problems on completing and recovering much better too, so time to start the bridge. So on Thursday I ran for 45 mins and covered 4.14miles 6.6k, so delighted with that.

And today I participated in my 5th Park Run, after helping to set the course up and doing the 1st Timer’s briefing, my first volunteering stint. Only managed 32.33 for the 2nd week running 30secs off my best Park Run. So a great weeks running and ohh yea love my new Bluetooth headphones too. ( Not used on Park Runs though!)

Sounds like you've got it sorted! Well done, particularly on the volunteering. :)
