🌞☀️Gorgeous day at Parkrun 🏃‍♀️today.

Nice steady even run, 5k in 35:28. I’m happy with that 😃. Glad I wore a cap with visor to shade my eyes and stop the sweat. Also took a small bottle of water to have at the finish line, helped a lot as I’m usually gagging and claggy with a dry mouth 😂😂😂😂

Roll on week two. I’m ready for you 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Well done, Dottie_D, hoorah for completing Week 1 and at Parkrun too. Think quite a few of us on the magic plan were parkrunning our 5ks today, I won't be able to make it to Parkrun every week but it's a lovely way to finish.
