Looking to start bridge to 10k. Is there an app for bridge to 10k like there is C25K? If so, can you point me in right direction as I can’t find anything from same developer as C25K. Thanks

There are a few B210K podcasts, before that and after you run several 30 minute consolidation runs you could do three Stepping stones podcasts with Laura, pace, 35 minutes, C25K +speed, around 18 minutes and the Stamina 35 minute one, that varies from 158 to 165 steps a minute, after that you try one of the Bridge 210K podcasts. 😊 🏃
It is a good idea to vary the consolidation runs over a few weeks... this is what we would advise.
Mixing the runs up gives more breadth to our running... with some short runs, some 30 minutes of course, but more importantly, beginning to put in the longer, slower relaxed runs, which are the ones which continue the building up of the new running muscles and our stamina and strength: essential for the longer distances past 5K

There is much sound, tried and tested advice there.
Two weeks of mixed consolidation runs are the plan.. don't just stick to 30 minute runs.. mix them up, short,runs.. some 30 minutes and some longer runs. They are the ones that build everything up, stamina and strength and eventually distance.
Then ... maybe the C25K + podcasts.. which should not be attempted too soon..they are all about discipline in our running and are challenging, fun and often misinterpreted.
Then.. head across the Bridge to 10K... Magic 10 may be what you need
I looked around and decided not to bother and to just increase my run times by 5 mins a week. It worked for me
