It kind of went well, but poorly timed the first set as I had to sprint uphill π³. Found it difficult to differentiate the 3 paces, but I will get there in due course. It was good to be doing something different. Happy running everyone πΊπ»

It definitely takes practice to run at the different paces. Keep at it; it'll get easier. I've only had the chance to run this kind of workout a few times, but enjoyed it (and worked hard π )
The first oneβs definitely the hardest Gran4z, and flat ground recommended for this π. I thought of it as gentle jog, parkrun pace and sprint or snail, gazelle, greyhound
ππ¦π (no greyhound emoji so racehorse)
If you really put everything into the first sprint, eyeballs out, your next jog will automatically be reduced to a crawl initially - so leave it at a crawl for 30 secs then just come back to a respectable jog-plus for the next 20 sec run phase. And repeat ..... the benefits only come from the sprinting (in my opinion π)
Better to do 2 sets of 4 hard sprints than lots more mediocre ones.
Certainly when I first started using JogRunSprint, I couldnβt seem to speed up any for the sprint bit, but practice has certainly made it easier to differentiate the three for me. And do try to get the sprint bit on the flat - whole lot easier!
