Im recently graduated from c25k but finding my motivation low think its becasue i need to focus on a goal so was just wondering what is rhe best brindge to 10k app to get?

Try the Bridge 210K podcasts or The Stepping stones podcasts with Laura.

Now I may be going a bit dappy because I can't find the nhs b210k podcasts no matter what I Google 🤷‍♀️

Hi Shar, welcome to the Bridge site. 😊Most new C25K Graduates find the best thing is to stick with the 30 minutes of running for a few weeks, to allow your legs to strengthen and to build up your stamina and get to the 5k mark if you are not already there.

Maybe join the monthly Quest on here or on the c25k site, I find it helps with motivation, then there are the c25k + podcasts to try too.

There is a great 10k program that many of us follow on here. Its Ju Ju's Magic Number plan and can be found in the pinned posts.
