Hi I keep having to stop running for few weeks due to pain soreness in calf muscle legs. I recover then run few more weeks then pain again so stop running then recover, start running gently to build up, few weeks down the line pain again, I stretch and do calf stretches most days and go to sports physio every 2 weeks. Just so frustrating!
