Had a really good run this morning. Met a chap,walking his dog, I know to be younger than me who said I was a good lass, for running. How does that work.

Cherry on the cake, my daughter said I looked trim and athletic, result.

I shall for sure keep trotting out if I get acknowledgement, actually even without.

I run for me, but if others notice that's a bonus. 😊

Well now, lass, 😁 we run for ourselves, but I'm always happy to accept a compliment, so no argument from me! I used to puff up and down the canal doing my c25k, and I was always glad to be cheered on by the fishermen sitting on the banks. It always cheered me up, and I also didn't want to let them down!
