Just posted this on C25K, but sharing here too for all you book-loving runners. Really exemplifies the transformative nature of running.

Running has certainly rescued me a few times.

Thanks for the suggestion! I've just put a request into the library. I've recently read 2 running type books - Finding Gobi and Born to Run - and enjoyed them both. I'm always looking for a new read 🤓
