Hello running friends . . . for the last month or more all my runs have been short, generally about 3k ish. This has been due to being really busy and then having a really bad cold (I think it might even have been man flu!). The shorter distances seemed like a way to still keep running despite other things going on but this week I vowed to get back normality. This morning I did 6k along the disused railway line, I have admit I wasn't really looking forward to it when I left the the house at 7.30am but it was not anywhere near as hard as I thought it was going to be. Not sure what Thursday's run will be, maybe a 7k?, anyway onward and back upward

Good post from you, I am sure you you enjoyed your 6k run today, its onwards and upwards, rather than onward and back upwards, but everyone here knows what you meant. 😊 🏃.
