Not really sure how this happened but I āaccidentallyā did a 10K this morning and it was this afternoon when I remembered Iād said Iād do a ātrialā parkrun for a venue in the offing this evening! So not wanting to let folk down, I did it and must admit felt great!
Did plenty of pre and post stretching and a warm down walk round Waitrose on the way home! A nice soak in the bath afterwards and, touch wood, all feels ok!
I know I shouldnāt probably have done the extra 5K tonight but hey ho, itās done now!

Well done. Something similar happened to me last Sunday. I did a 14Km run at 8am and forgot that I had agreed to play tennis in the afternoon. Nice to be able to do it. š
