I've just completed my final run of w10r3, it's taken me 2 weeks to get the 3 runs done (I did 2 one week, had a week off & did the 3rd today!) I've re-motivated myself by signing up for a race for life 5k 🏃‍♀️ I found today's run the easiest of the 3, not sure if it's due to the new motivation, but I also felt that listening to music helped (I've figured out how to listen to music & have the app counting my time open at the same time!)

Hoping to get to 10k by the time I do the race for life 🏃‍♀️
