Hi guys !! Well I went and bought a foam roller, as you do - oh boy !! This modern day torture unit really digs in, and then some !l After two sessions the jury is still out on my chances of survival ! ( Its my back ,Doctor , its hurts !! ) To think I paid good money for this experience LoL !! I even found tightness in muscles that I didn,t feel before rolling !!
Taken time out over the weekend to recover from 10K B,ham run and two good 5K sessions last week - back on it Wednesday with 5K at easy pace followed by some sprint repeats -literally cannot wait !! So how do you guys recover from your various HMs and 10K races before 'getting it on' again training wise ?
