OK, so set out happily on W3R1 of JuJu's plan last night. Managed one of my best ever 4k times and feeling quite chuffed. It was only when I went to log my time on the chart I have that I realised I'd got a week ahead of myself and done the W4R1 and that I should only have done 3.5k.
No damage done, and still pretty pleased with myself, but still...
Guess it means I've started the 4k, 5k, long... routine a week before I needed to.

Never mind sTrongFuse, you can just carry on regardless, or if you want to set it right for the weekly total, just do 4.5 on the 5k run. Enjoy the plan, it worked for me.
