I was wrong!!!! I still managed a nice little 6k but it was very warm and very polleny. Only saw 2 other runners but lots of cyclists on my run. The opposite of my last run where I was looking about and enjoying all the sights this one was look at the ground in front of me and get it over with.

I’m glad I went but I wish I’d gone at 6.20 when I was awakened by my male cat Loki gently licking the inside of my ear!!! Instead I just rolled over and went back to sleep so it’s my own fault but not often I have a lie in.

Right now to enjoy the rest of my weekend with my family - Happy Bank Holiday weekend everyone.
