Feeling a little sore!

After getting injured in week 2 of JuJus magic plan for distance I have now recovered and started again this time on the timed plan. In an attempt to add some proper strength training ( I'm a 12 stone weakling) I signed up to a 4 week personal trainer. Boy am I sore 48 hours after my first gentle introductory session! Now I know what delayed onset muscle soreness feels like! Gonna try and haul my sore body out for a 30 minute jog later!

Hope so!🤞Kinda like the soreness as a sign that I'm using a whole bunch of muscles that are neglected when I'm tapping away at my keyboard all day

Yep...if it doesn't hurt you are not trying hard enough 😊

Hopefully a 30 minute jog will alleviate some of your muscles. 👏👏👏😁
