I am looking for a recommendation of an App or podcast that will help improve my pace. There are loads to increase distance but I am not bothered about doing 10k and can only commit to 30-40 minute runs and so want to increase my pace. I know the theory, ie shorter interval runs plus longer slower ones but enjoyed the structure of the C25K plan. What do you use?

One thing that’s helped me is the iOS app JogRunSprint on apple store. You need to do a warm up run and then the 30 second jog, 20 second run and 10 second sprints. Several times. It is fun and can be done within your time limit.
