Hmm I might have to give this a try ... at some point.

I’ve only ever done a guided run once and I didn’t enjoy it. I much prefer running to a Spotify playlist.

I don’t know.... I just got to running for one hour... it’s just written and isn’t the new run they dropped today, so maybe it’s next week’s release. Today’s is a 60 minute headspace run.
