I registered for a Move for Mind Challenge to support this very worthy cause and to support myself in getting back into a routine of running.
There is no doubt that running is great for the mind and the body. However, sometimes what you need the most is the hardest thing to do. πThankfully Iβve only experienced the blues temporarily, but itβs hard to get out there when life feels like one challenge after another and the solutions are not so quick to find.
So, Iβm running and walking on alternate days this week in honour and support for those who have had very difficult experiences with mental health and their families. I know from personal experience that itβs heartbreaking to see someone go through these challenges.
Iβm still running happy and doing my bit for an amazing cause!!

What a great challenge and it will help you to get that running routine firmly ingrained by the end of it. I know running does a world of good to lift my mood and get through the tough times.
Definitely have to be careful what Iβm putting on for the next run. ππ! As long as everything stays in place, it will be nice to run in the sunshine. β€οΈ
The belly monster ππ! Love it!! But..I donβt want to meet it either mind! Thatβs good inspiration! ππ½ββοΈ ππ½ββοΈ ππ½ββοΈβ€οΈ
