Hi guys !! Completed another 10K today but as a change I introduced interval training in for one or two of the kilometres, the remainder was run at a gentle jog ,not wanting to stray too far from Mrs F4Life - as a result I brought my time down by 7 minutes to 1 hour ,28 minutes.Feel on a good day ,all in, Im well capable of 1 hr 10 ,so , very pleased with today !! Calf held up again and knowing there is more available in my tank than I thought is a great boost to my confidence - boy, I feel like a real runner now !!!

Well done! Interval training is the bizz and will pay great dividends. Mixing up runs keeps us on our toes 🏃♀️🏃♀️🙂
