We really can’t advise here but rest for a few days and if it’s not any better then get it checked out preferably by a physio. Did you warm up enough before your run?
Ouch! No advice, sorry, just wanted to wish you a speedy recovery, that sounds painful! IrishPrincess is giving the best advice, I think. Good luck!
