Hi guys !! Just returned from my best, 'feel good', 5K yet !! Light rain, damp underfoot, but inside the the sun was shining and I had a smile on - calf was sound and rather than push things I settled in to an 'easy run ' ,in a time of 39 mins 30 secs .The single leg sqauts and the 'balancing on one leg' exercises ,are slowly strengthening my calves, and with just over 2 weeks, and counting,until B,ham 10K, I feel, at last, in a good place.My two calves are now, more or less, on an even par, and are , in the words of the Brother Hood of man song 🎶" Running away together ,running away forever ,and there they go 🎶🎶

Isn't it great when a run just works, and everything works as it should. Glad the exercises are working, I'm useless at balancing on one leg, but it's a great exercise. And now I've got that time in my head. Thanks for that, Fit 😏
