Hi, can anyone recommend a good 10k app to switch to? Couch to 5k was great so looking for something similar.

I just increased one of my runs each week. Started by doing 3 x 5K per week for a few months. Then added 500 meters each week to one of the runs. 5.5k, 6k, 6.5k, 7K etc. Within a couple of months you’ll be doing 10k.
