Bristol 10k done ✅

Well today was the first time I’ve competed in a 10k race and also the first time I managed to run the whole way! I was hoping for a time between 70-80 mins, totally smashed that by finishing with a time of 64:44. Hard to think that this time last year I was half way through C25K, I never imagined that I would not only complete it but that I would actually enjoy running and want to keep getting better and running further. I love the running community 😘

It was amazing, such a great atmosphere will definitely do it again! Felt so fantastic after, slightly shattered now though lol 😂

Congratulations on completing the Bristol 10K in a very good time of 64.44, there were at least three other runners in that 10K I know off who completed that run here on Healthunlocked Bridge to 10K.

Well done! I'm already wondering what the next challenge will be, it was such a great day feels like it will be hard to beat. I started c25k in September and like you, had no idea then it would get me to here. Go us!

I’ve booked to do tough runner in October, it’s 10k at Ashton Court so lots of hills! I think I had a crazy moment lol! I definitely need to do some Hill training...!!
