Joined A lovely small group of ladies to run in park...butBUT i huffed and puffed at the back..for 4 km... a bad start which just got worse until i got a rhythm at the end...but my muscles ache today so i definitely pushed myself.
I think the key is to set off starting much slower next time and not follow the younger fitter pace....I 'll get NHSLaura in my head counting 1 2 3 4 at a slower pace to the others.
Group leader was welcoming so I 'll give it another go nx week...
