On my front step after a short run at my fastest pace. It was warmer than I’d expected: a lovely evening. Glad I got out as I often don’t manage my short run 👍

Good photo, glad you enjoyed your run today Molly, onwards and upwards 🏃. 😊 🏃
Thank you Al. Hope all is well with you 👍
It is, tomorrow I will rerun run 2 of week 6 as a revision session before rerunning run 3 of week 5 on Saturday morning, doing the Saturday run will bring back memories of the day last May I ran it the first time.
This second time round I have not kept ridgidly to the program as I did last year, once only this time I reran, in order, 2.1, 3.1 4.1.5.1, 5.2, 6.1 tomorrow 6.2 and Saturday will be as I have said 5.3 I hope you understand the numbers. for example 2.1 is week 2 run 1 etc. 😊
That sounds interesting: have you done that for a bit of variety? How good to re-run the infamous 5:3 a year on from the first time! I hope you enjoy it 👍
Belive it or not I am still feeling a little nervous about longer runs, I think I should be OK, as long as I take the first part slowly I maybe able to quicken up a little in the run. I have been doing only short runs recently so the longer runs I will be especially careful with. I am doing those runs as part of my "runiversary" season.
My last longer run was at the end of October last year a 5K ran at around 36 minutes which was 4 minutes longer than my PB of 32.25 which was at the beginning of October last year.
I like the idea of a ‘season’! The main thing is you’re enjoying running: just be mindful of going slow for your longer runs if and when you get back to them. Time isn’t important (and this is from someone who runs a 5k a whole 10mins slower than you!)
I am just using the word season as last year on the 18th April I started C25K with run 1, run 3 of week 9 was on the 18th June, so it's now a year when I was doing all the runs exactly to the 'book' so to speak. I do remember the date I ran run 3 of week 5, 21st May, so this Saturday which is the 4th May it will be a little less than a year because I am not completely redoing the program as I did last year. At the moment I am using the C25K app with Laura, once I have repeated week 9 I will start to use MapMyRun, on that 'Alexa' tells you your pace and distance per kilometre.
Happy Mayday to you Molly.

Well done Molly. It is wonderful running in this weather. Glad you enjoyed😊
Well done! And well done for your fastest paste 😃 I’m jealous you don’t look nearly as hot as I do when I’ve finished running 🥵🥵🥵

Good work, Molly! And yay! It’s shorts weather! I love the feeling of bare legs on a warm run. x
