I’m putting it on here rather than c25k. Decided tomorrow I’m going out for 4-5k, Thursday 3k then on Sunday 6k. Now I’ve put it in black and white I’ve made myself accountable. I’ll let you all know how I get on!! 🏃♀️🏃♀️

So, how did it go?
Only just managed to get out (mum was up quite a bit in the night). I managed 3.5k, didn’t have time for more. I’m going to do my 4/5k Thursday morning now. I don’t really like the afternoon running but I HAD to go lol. I feel better now that I’ve actually got out the door. Personal trainer tomorrow and Friday morning, then my LIRF on Saturday! Very busy atm lol
3.5km is good, I did 3km today and then decided that 3 is better than 0. Gosh you sound rather busy... I'm not sure I'd do a run in between PT sessions... you are braver than me!
Need to get fit. He said he’ll have me running the whole of the half in October (I did give him a look of ‘yeah ok’). I’m going Monday/Wednesday/Friday every week!! So have to run inbetween!! But I’m sure he’s trying to kill me off lol.
