Dull Wednesday run!

But 5.5k done. Still too hot for me and my legs didnt really want to go the whole way lol. Breathing was fine though so have to take a positive where I find it. Fingers crossed Friday is cooler for a long run and I keep telling myself I will get up and go at 7am lol! Happy day lovely running peeps! from a red faced snotty me lol!

Thank you! It just felt dull..dull.dull and devoid of enjoyment! Perhaps I'll put my sea shanties on for Fridays run...cant not enjoy songs of the sea lol! Have a happy day princess!

Thanks BTP...I am not good even to sit in the sun ..let alone run in it lol! It does feel cooler and less humid now we have had quite a lot of rain..good for the garden too
