Hi folks

I graduated last Friday and have done 3 consolidation runs this week. I had a listen to Laura's stamina podcast but the problem I have is that being only 5'1" I do have short legs so struggle to run to music with bpm less than about 170. I tried yesterday and must have looked, in the words of The Police, like I was 'Walking on the Moon' 😂

I do like the idea of still using a podcast and having Laura talking in my ears, does anyibe have any ideas?

Thanks

Congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Having to slow your cadence is part of learning to vary your pace, which is an essential skill going forward.

Keep running, keep smiling.
