Good morning running peeps! Half way through the week already..where does time go? Run was lovely today after the long 11.7k on Monday. I did my 5.1k route but Strava decided to record only a section of it. However the bit it did record was 2.26k in 12.39 minutes with a pace of 5.35 so I am chuffed with how quick the first bit was ..It probably means that I get slower as I go along though lol as my pace is generally 7.20 lol! Have a happy day everyone!

I knew I had the bug when I wanted a Garmin for Christmas, and now I love to check my stats when I get home, it's fascinating. That's quite a change in pace you've got there, you must go off like a greyhound at the start 😁 Annoying to lose part of your run though!
