my son let me down so doing 10 mile in the morning i was all ready to go so try in the morning and let you all know how i get on

This is why I like solo running. No-one to organise but yourself. If I waited for OH and son I’d never get owt done 😁

If you want to set off alone but are worried you could let your lad know when you’re setting off, where you’ll be and that you'll check in with him when you’ve done

If you go nice and steady, take a snack and a drink, a jacket too, you should be just fine Check weather first though just in case 😃👍💪👍🏃‍♂️

I walked into the shed today and a load of timber “secured” against the roof Came crashing down, narrowly missing me but flattening my bike 🙄🤨☹️ OH wife trap 😁. I woulda bin much safer out running 😃 I climbed outta there, leaving it for him to sort out 👊😁
