I didn't run Parkrun yesterday, I volunteered. I really wish I hadn't, I didn't enjoy it at all. All anyone wanted to talk about was Brexpletive deleted it. I'm running next week for sure. I wonder if I look that devastated when I present my barcode?
Not a bad week though, just 2 runs, my 10.5Km on Tuesday and a little top up 3.5Km on Thursday. Beat my mile record.
Off to work (Leiturgia (Greek, Liturgy) = Work of the People) now, but roll on Monday....
Hey, you did the right thing and all those knackered runners are grateful that you took your turn. Not your fault all the other volunteers around you were boring ! Polish up your halo and go out and have some fun 😄

Oh what a shame TOF, I didn’t hear the B word once at parkrun yesterday. Thank heavens. But at least you did the right think and volunteered. 👍 You’ve earned a B-free run next week! 🏃♂️🏃♂️
Well done on volunteering theoldfellow. I like being marshal so I can make a noise and encourage people, but I’ll be tailwalking at the end of month so I can get a volunteer and a runner tick in the box. It will reduce my average time though!
Ha, you volunteered at yesterday's Keswick Parkrun and all the talked about was Brexit, guess what, I turned on the news this morning, yes, the whole program was all about us leaving or not leaving the European Union, enough about that, no more about Brexit for about a hour. 😂
