A record run!

Lovely sunny, warm spring weather got me out for a run rather than the weights session I had intended. 1st time this year in t-shirt without a fleece. I did my hilly pyramid interval run, and took the precaution of drinking a bouillon "tea" beforehand, after having visual migraines the last time I ran hard.

Maybe that was the difference ... I was amazed and delighted to arrive home and find I had run at an average 9m 51s per mile for 3.2 miles, 7s per mile better than my best last August! It put a smile on my face for the rest of the day :) :) I had more bouillon later in the day, and no migraines :) Might be coincidence, but I'll do it again next running day!

Well done AP! Yes perfect weather for a run today!πŸ˜€

Sounds great AP. Is bouillon good because of the salt?

Yes ... it has a lot of salt, but other good things too eg a little turmeric. I had read that some migraines can be caused by mild dehydration and/or salt deficiency. I only started getting them after I started intermittent fasting, so I'm paying more attention to keeping well hydrated and keeping my salt intake up too. I hope that does the trick :)
