Wow it was warm today...I will have to be getting up earlier lol! Intervals are tough but I think it is increasing my pace..looking forward to my lovely non challenge in anyway run with tunes on Friday! Happy sunshiny day fellow running peeps!

Yes I noticed that too for my 10k at 9am - mind you I think it will be warmer tomorrow so glad I went today!
You did more in the warm weather than me JP so well done. I like weather not too hot and not too cold... I like it just right. Not very often that happens though lol!
No usually it's too cold at the beginning and too hot at the end.😀
