Well - 4km / 35 mins this afternoon AND I enjoyed it!
First time I’ve run on firm level ground ..... maybe that helped .... I chose a new route which is an old railway route, surrounded both sides with orange groves , the blossom has just come out and I wish I could share the intoxicating scent in this post!

My next runs are Thursday morning then Saturday morning if you are around it would be nice to run with another Graduate 😉
Brilliant - Saturday will work great. I’m on a Nike Run Club plan - so I’m only down to run a 1k timing run .... happy to start together, then drop out and get the coffees on the table !

Really sorry Stratters, due to weather change coming Sunday/Monday we are now leaving here early tomorrow (Friday) morning.
Was so looking forward to having a chat with a fellow Graduate. Maybe later this year or early next when we pass this way again, depending on that thing we don't mention begining with B.....
