Hello all! I have been lurking. I graduated C25K a while ago and have done consolidation plans faffing around with trying different running apps like zombies run, Nike Run Club, re-running week 9 C25K and just listening to a political podcast (that one was my slowest). I decided that I really enjoyed having the focus of C25K and wanted to move on.
I had a look at the B210k podcasts but preferred the look of JuJu's Magic Plan so I am on week 1 Day 2! I thought I would jump straight in rather than wait for the next group start. I did the C25k+ speed podcast for the first run and then a week 9 C25k one today. I ran faster than normal (the interval training must be helping) and got to what I thought would work out as the end of the run and was dismayed to see I had 3.5 mins more to go! That was a SLOW 3.5 mins. The dog was pulling me along.
Looking forward to the 35 min run on Wednesday. Will take it steady! I am seriously considering a digital watch or some such to help me keep an easier eye on timings rather than keep getting my phone out to check.
