7k! Well I never!

After last weeks attempt at 7k I which didn’t go so well I went prepared and ready to give it a go. Little bit of a northerly breeze but sunny and although the tide was out everything was sparkling. Got to half way and felt comfortable so felt confident I’d make it today. Got to 6k and there’s a bit of an incline not a hill as such but I did consider walking it but I reminded myself how amazing I’d feel if I kept going and carried on. Then got a little bit of a lift and speeded up for last half kilometre. I did it! No wobbly legs this week thank goodness. Next goal 8k in April. 😊🏃🏻‍♀️
