I woke on Sunday to such a beautiful day...I just had to get out there. It was so nice to be without a jacket or long sleeves! Beautiful sunshine and a little breeze which was welcome, set to run 8.5k but ended up doing 10k because i felt good completed in a very decent time, considering i thought i was going at a slow pace.
I am working up my plan for the week (as inspired by flaraflarkin) - here's hoping for a great week of running 👌😊

How wonderful, running a surprise 10k on a sunny day! I expect it set you up perfectly for the rest of the day. 😀
I’m sure us runners appreciate lovely weather more than we used to before we began running. I used to ride, so was always outdoors, but I never took on the weather with such gratitude as I do nowadays. ❤️☀️❤️ I did a gorgeous 5k yesterday which was meant to be 4k - so a basically less impressive scenario to yours! 😅☀️🏃♀️
Well done Cheeky - every km is an achievement no matter how far. Its the getting out and enjoying it that matters! As you say it was gorgeous so what else matters
The weather has a great impact on the mood i think...clearly it made us do more!
