Still loving this running malarkey 😁

I started C25K in July of last year and am still loving running. It has done me so much good, physically and mentally- I just wished I started running sooner.

This was my run this morning - I just got in the zone, listened to my podcast and went for it 🤛

The advice and guidance on this forum is second to none and has been a massive help. Thanks to all of you 👏👏

I am officially a running bore 😂😂 but hopefully a few of my colleagues/friends will get sick of listening to me and start running themselves
