I’ve just done the first run in the prog put together for me by NRC ap ..... in a way I’m disappointed because it only had me run for 12 minutes ..... but in another way it’s got my motivation / excitement back because I’m now on a mission to build strength, endurance, speed. It gives me the illusion I’m being “monitored” and therefore must stick to the instructions and push myself.
Also - it seems the data gathered from the first 2 or 3 weeks will be used to develop a more specific plan thereafter ....... sounds quite scientific and if it has me running 10k a couple of times a week by about June - i’ll be delighted!
It also lets me use my own Apple playlists in the background and seems to do a good job of recording all the facts and figures.
Happy running everyone!

The program also updates depending on your progress which I like. The only problem I have with the app is that it doesn’t always sync...
