Well pleased with myself...a well paced throughout 12k completed last night. It wasn't planned but i was feeling good so thought i would push myself a little. Followed by a lovely hot bath when i got home and a cheeky creme egg
Its so nice that the dark is setting in much later, I got to take in the scenery a bit more, though the Park is lit beautifully in the dark so either way is wonderful. Really enjoy my Thursday evening runs, i'd be totally at a loss without them

Is this the same Alison who was looking for motivation 2 days ago? π±π±π±πββοΈπ A.may.zing!!!! Well done Alison π€π¦πHere's a little nugget for you π€ jamesclear.com/implementati...
Hi Flara - Thursday night runs are my child free long ones the motivation is needed for the getting up in a morning to run on other days and weekends! I made progress this weekend so fingers X
Great article thanks Flara...I'm going to write out a plan and stick it on my fridge - and cross off the days achieved.
Top running! Now that you have reached 10K and gone beyond, are you now planning to go further, maybe a half marathon?
Like you I have reached 10K and run this distance a couple of times now, so a bit more consolidation and a 10K race, then I think it should be on to a Half.
i used to do all my runs in the morning - i loved it. Winter made me change and Thursdays are my child free night...what better way to spend it
Plan to get back to early morning runs now it's light again.
I'm just consolidating 10k and pushing a little every so often. maybe a half marathon in the distant future but not just yet. I am just enjoying my personal mini challenges
Wowsers Alison, well done! 12k is getting seriously serious! πππͺπͺπππββοΈπββοΈ
You certainly deserved that Creme Egg. Would it be wrong to say that I eat them in twos? I could manage three, but that would be rather obscene! π π³
