I did 6.5K today in 46 mins today. I’d planned to run slowly,(I mean slower than my usual slow!) but it seems I have one pace regardless! I was on tarmac for first time in a while so wanted to go carefully. Had a lovely run after the first ten minutes of the gremlin aches urging me to stop, but as Laura is still running with me in my ear, I was encouraged to continue and chuffed with end result.

Congratulations on your longest run so far! Tarmac is my default surface to run on - I think you will find that your pace is a little quicker than grass/mud.
