Hello everyone! Has anyone any recommendations for a motivating 5k to 10k app/ podcast? Finding it tough to motivate myself out to run at mo and need to not loose sight of the 10k run i am doing in May? Any recommendations welcome! Thank you ..

Sorry I don't know of any apps... But I know they are out there.
I followed ju-jus 5 to 10 plan. Its great and very motivating... Lots have followed it.. Not sure if its going to be starting again soon.
