Shopping alternative

Seeing other people’s posts on here is really inspiring, I have seen a couple and thought “I would like a new t-shirt” and rather than go to Primark or whatever, I have signed up for a t-shirt from the stroke association....... trouble is I have to run around the park a couple of times to get it! This running lark really is almost as addictive as shopping 😂

I’m only doing the 5k this year....... but never say never!! My goal is to do it in under 40 mins.

Good idea! Also if you want a running tshirt while you run for a running tshirt, someone mentioned oxfam online for second-hand sport’s clothes

Excellent incentive! Running to earn clothes is the way to go. I dislike shopping, so it’s a win-win! 😅
